A Safe Space
Located in Teaneck, NJ, Allan’s House was established in 2022 as an additional extension of Project Extreme and as an opportunity for homeless men who are 18 years and older to have a safe place to live and receive help. More than a shelter for homeless men, Allan’s House offers a growth-oriented home for those seeking transitional housing, additional encouragement, transitional services, life skills support, and healthy communication skills.
The men’s home is located in a residential neighborhood in NJ, close to major transportation and shopping. Residents are required to hold a full-time schedule of work, school, or a combination of both as well as commit to weekly therapy meetings and household chores. Housing guidelines include Shabbos observance and strict adherence to Kosher dietary laws. Learn more about the history of Allan’s House.
